Here are some of the topics that will be covered during the course:
- The Core Competency of Coaching Presence. What is intuition and how do we use it in coaching? This discussion will focus on how each person accesses and harnesses this power with their clients.
- The Core Competency of Creating Awareness. In this session we will discuss the many strategies for creating awareness including; evoking inquiry for greater clarity, reflecting and providing feedback, communicating broader perspectives and creating distinctions.
- The Core Competency of Designing Actions. How can we as coaches, work with our clients to design actions while staying out of the role of advisor or consultant?
The Program is delivered in 2 sessions per week. The first session will focus on a discussion around a Core Competency as listed above. The second session will offer active coaching in a practicum setting. Participant coaches will have the opportunity to coach and be coached, and receive constructive and positive feedback from the facilitators.
