With mentor coaches Sheri Boone, Jamee Tenzer and Karen Cappello
When you apply to ICF for your ACC or PCC credential, you need two letters of recommendation from credentialed coaches who have heard you coach. MCC applicants need three letters. As part of our work training coaches for an accredited coach training school, we are in the practice of writing these letters for our students.
Now, we are very happy to offer this service to all trained coaches who meet the standards of the Core competencies of the ICF. In addition, our packages include answering your questions about the ICF application process.

Package #1 ~~ $250
- Core Competency conversation and answer questions about application process ~~ 20 minutes
- Bring client on call or send audio of session ~~ 20 minutes
- One Recommendation letter for ICF
*If coaching session does not meet criteria for the credential (meeting competencies), we will not be able to write the letter.
Package #2 ~~ $300
- All of the above + two recommendation letters

- 10 hours of mentor coaching for credential application or renewal

Sheri Boone, MCC
Sheri is the Global Training Manager for International Coach Academy, a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a trainer, facilitator, and the Chief Coaching Officer for her leadership development company, Inspired Mastery. Sheri’s passion is guiding and mentoring coaches through certification and credentialing. Coaching for 12 years in private practice, Sheri knows firsthand the power of coaching to transform her clients’ lives.
Jamee Tenzer, PCC
Jamee is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with a specialty in coaching executives, working mothers and women in the entertainment industry. She is a published writer, mediator, facilitator, trainer for the International Coach Academy and has been in private coaching practice for 7 years. Jamee is passionate about working with women to find their unique path in life and then enjoy it to its fullest
Karen Cappello, PCC
Karen is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a trainer for International Coach Academy, an Executive Coach for Zelinka and Parsons, and the owner of her own company, Karen Cappello Coaching. Karen’s passion is supporting others in their business development. Her experiences as a university professor, president of a semi-conductor manufacturing company and estate planner, along with her coaching skills, help both executives and business owners to create significant professional results while maintaining thriving lives.
